Just wanted to let those who were waiting know, Digi-Key has stock of the 915Mhz and 868Mhz versions of the Chronos Development Kits.

All i did to find those was type "Chronos" in the search bar. Does typing any of the part numbers in the search work for you? Are you sure there wasn't a typo?
296-25344-ND
296-25449-ND
I did try 'chronos' and also '296-25449-ND' in the search bar right on the page of the chronos itself (after I found it through your link). I got a not found answer.
Entering just '25449' resulted in two or three components being listed, none of them the chronos.
Maybe it is because my IP discloses me as a German (even with your link, I get a German page, no matter whether I want or not).
I checked into it. It may be a mistake, the 868Mhz and eventually the 433Mhz are supposed to be visible internationally. More info to come.
Hi Ben,
Now the Chronos devices shows up internationally (I'm in Denmark, EU), but we are not allowed to buy them due to US Export control regulations.
When I try to add 2 pcs of EU version of Chronos (296-25449-ND) to my shopping basket (being a registeret Digikey customer) I get the follwoing message:
Due to U.S. export controls, we are unable to add this item to your order.
Is this intended? - To me it sounds a bit strange, being able to see a EU version of a development kit, but not being able to buy it :-)
Best regards and thanks for your support
Søren
I guess there has been a little disconnect with the export controls and it needs a little work. In the meantime, I do believe the TI e-store should be able to ship internationally assuming they also currently have stock.
TI Webshop is unfortunately out of stock, which is why I was *so* happy finding that they were stocked at Digikey - until I discuvered, that I couldn't order from non-US :-(
Are you (or somebody else at Digikey and/or TI) already working on fixing this and in given case do you have an idea about when it will be fixed (if at all)?
Best regards and thanks for your fast feedback - It is highly appreciated
Søren
