i am currently working on a GPS project so i need to know the syntax (steps) to configure UART registers to get NMEA sentences to my msp430fr5739. Can anybody give me steps to configure UART registers, one by one?.

Hello,

Please refer to page 494 (section 18.4) in the user's guide (www.ti.com/.../slau272c.pdf) for information on how to configure the UART registers.

We have a couple code examples using UART for the MSP430FR5739: dev.ti.com/.../ and dev.ti.com/.../
