Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430F5529
1.) I am using the MSP430F5529IPNR in a new design and wanted to be sure that I was not missing something regarding the hardware.
2.) For reference I am taking a look at the MSP430F5529 LaunchPad Development Kit (MSP‑EXP430F5529LP) to double check everything.
3.) Here seem to be the essentials:
- 32.768kHz tuning fork connected to P5.4 and P5.5
- The 4 MHz crystal connected to P5.2 and P5.3.
- 3.3V going to DVCC's and AVCC (pins 11,18,50)
- All the VSS pins grounded.
- 470 nF cap on VCORE (pin 20)
- 220 nF cap on V18 (pin 67)
- 47k pull up resistor on the RESET line (pin 76)
- Programming interface brought out using SBWTDIO and SBWTCK
4.) Is there anything that I looks like I am missing?
5.) Is there another evaluation or demo board that would be better to look at for reference?
