TIDM-BIOSIGNMONITOR reference design

The " Multiparameter Biosignal Monitor Design Guide" on page 51 refers to the location of the ALTIUM project for the above design. However, there are no design projects at this location. There are only schematic (PDF) and GERBER files.


How can I get an actual ALTIUM project for this reference design.

    Hi Val,

    This may be a mistake in the documentation, several TI Designs only include gerber files and assembly drawings. I am looping in the author of this particular TI Design to further comment on the availability of the Altium project files.

    The BIOSIGNMONITOR was build, therefor project exist. By the schematics look it definitely was an ALTIUM project. I would greatly appreciate if you could get me this project.

    And it is understood that this would be "AS IS" project and there could not be any warranties of any kind in relation to this project.

    Also, if you could in light me regarding the construction. It looks like assembly consists off two technologies: flex and rigid PCBs. Not sure about connections between flex and rigid.

    I am not questioning the existence of the Altium project but am trying to inform you that for some designs we are not capable of sharing the design project, only the output files. The TID author will once again be able to shed more light concerning availability and board construction.

    Val,

    I am the author of that TI Design in question. You are correct in that the Altium Project files are missing. For some reason the files were removed. I am not sure if it would be better for me to send you the files directly to your email or start the process to update the TIDM-BIOSIGNMONITOR landing page? I have updated the target side firmware and the host side firmware and so this would be a good time to update the TIDM-BIOSIGNMONITOR landing page.

    Can I get the altium files for these as well? I am looking into this and the altium files will simplify it quite  a bit.
