The eZ-FET lite found on the MSP-EXP430F5529LP supports all programmable MSP430 devices including the MSP430F5324. It is possible to use the Vcc, GND, RST, and TEST pins on the eZ-FET lite portion of the F5529 LaunchPad in order to program other MSP430 devices through SBW.

1. Can msp430f5529 launchpad be used for online debugging of custom board msp430f5324.

2. Similarly does. Msp430f5529 launchpad be used for programming custom board msp430I2020 Also can it be used for online debugging.

If by "online debugging" you are referring to the CCS Cloud then no, neither of these devices are supported: https://dev.ti.com/about

Both of these devices can be programmed and debugged using a local version of CCS and the MSP-EXP430F5529LP/eZ-FET Lite.
