    Current in active mode is dependent on a lot of factors that are specific to your system design and implementation.

    Each device datasheet lists and uA/MHz spec that should give you a good estimate. Things like clock speed of the processor, number of peripherals used (and which clock is feeding those peripherals) all make a difference in the energy performance of your system.

    There is no one test.
