Problem in external power to MSP430G2552 IC on bread board

Hi Manzar!

If the circuit works with the power from the LaunchPad, but does not when powered from somewhere else, the problem might be located in your power supply. What is the exact problem you have? Did you measure the supply with a DMM? What is R34 and C24 for?

Just noticed it is the official TI MSP-EXP430G2 LaunchPad circuit you posted, so it is the pull-up for the button and a not populated capacitor for suppression of the bouncing.

Power supply shows 3.6V out at DMM...
Power supply circuit works fine for me, I have also used LCD in my circuit and I am taking 5 V out from same circuit further i have used voltage divider circuit to down the voltage from 5V to 3.6V and supplying to IC at Vcc pin and GND common with whole circuit

R34 and C34 are used with P1.3. I didn't use in my circuit, because i am not concerning P1.3 pin

And there is your issue located. You cannot use a voltage divider to power your circuit. The voltage drop is current dependant. The more current your circuit needs, the less voltage it will see. Use a 3.3V low dropout regulator or a combination of a resistor and a Zener diode to bring the 5V down.
