MSP-GANG - Error in Self test: Image Flash Access

Using a brand new MSP-GANG. Running Selftest, based on user guide, we would expect the Image Flash access line to be:

---- Image Flash Access (get ID) 0x02 ( 0x01 to 0x02) Result: 0x01 ... >> OK <<

However, I saw this error instead:

---Image Flash Access (get ID) 0x02 ( 0x01 to 0x02) Result: 0x01 ... >> Error <<

At end of test log, there's this message:

* Test failed!! 1 error(s).

Is this normal for a brand new MSP-GANG?

Issue resolved. I was using the old software (v1.1.12.0, May 2015)

For new MSP-GANG hardware, v1.04, the new software (v1.2.5.0, Jun 2016) works well.
