Hi All,
I have been using my MSP-FET to program a MSP430G2432IPW20R over the past few weeks without any problem. A little while ago, I got a message that the MSP-FET needs a firmware update.
When I click update, it seems like the update is working fine, but then it fails and says "MSP430: Error: MSP-FET / eZ-FET legacy module update failed".
Any ideas on how to fix the issue?
Thanks
Hi Ryan,
Thank you for your reply. I actually just got back up and going. The link that I posted before fixed the firmware update issue (https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/msp430/f/166/p/427627/1533986#1533986)After I got fixed, I noticed that a connection to the FET had been moved. Once I put it back in the proper place, it is working again.
