Is there any recommended value for decoupling capacitors on the 5V DVIO/DVSS supply pins?

I guess a combination of 100nF and 10uF maybe?

Unless the datasheet has specific recommendations, you should use the general practice of 100 nF near each power supply pin, and one 10 µF for the entire board near the power supply itself.
