I am using the default ez430_chronos software available in Code composer studio. However i see that there are 2 different folder which is named 433MHZ and 868MHZ. I notice that there are quite a few files inside the folder which corresponds to the source files outside this folder.
I am trying to create a fresh RF communication firmware into my watch. In other words i am creating an entirely new ccs project to work with the chronos. I was able to initialize some components such as LCD and buttons. However, i am confused with RF. I have a vague idea of what i need to take from the original source (mostly the simplicitii protocal and network component folders). However, i am confused when it comes to the 433MHZ and 868MHZ folders. Is there anything specific i might have to change?

If anyone has a SIMPLE example on RF to AP communication with chronos please let me know! Thanks!
EDIT: . I forgot to mention that my watch uses the frequency of 443
