IF i am using internal clock thats dco .. Is it compulsory to reset OFIFG   flag..

if not then what happens to the performance of the code...

    It is not compulsory if you don't want external oscillators to be working correctly.

    Nothing. - In case you did not enable OFIE while OFIFG is asserted. Thou why would you want do do that.
