One of my customer is working on TSS721/TSS521. They observed in our application report (SLAA026) that we have TSS721 M-Bus Transceiver: Applications Book . Could you please check where we can find this book?

I believe you referred the wrong application report, SLAA026 does not mention the TSSx21 devices. No doubt at any rate that this application book is quite old and no longer maintained by TI. The only resources available are the datasheets:
