MSP430G2744: Code example for PWM operations in Sleep

Hi Support,

can we provide support on how to set a PWM channel and the operate it for a certain time (fixed time base and duty cycle) while the MCU is in sleep mode, waking then back up from sleep after a certain time? I'm not able to find this kind of example in our Workshops.

Please see code example msp430g2x44_tb_14.c within MSP430Ware for an example of using a timer on the G2744 while in a low power mode. There are a few other PWM examples there as well you can reference. You will have to add the wake up piece by either adding another timer to decide when to exit from LPM, or using another CCR of the same timer to have overflow interrupts to count until you need to wake up from LPM.
