MSP430FR2111: eUSCI_A SPI

In the MSP430FR2111 I am trying to use the SPI and I am having problems with setting up UCSSELx in UCA0CTLW0. There is one selection (01b) that says it is device specific, but I can see no further reference to this in the data sheet or user guide. Can someone direct me where to look?
