I'm going to use MSP430FR59471IRHAR in my design.

What evaluation board and programming/debugging tools will I need for working with this device?

You can use the MSP-TS430RHA40A EVM, the only difference is that pin 30 does not require the 470 nF pulldown capacitor connected to it (C9) as the MSP430FR5947(1) devices do not have a VCORE. All other pins line up correctly. You can use a MSP-FET or eZ-FET to program/debug this device.

1) Does your answer mean that I have to remove pulldown capacitor (C9) from the evaluation board in order to work with MSP430FR59471?
2) Just to be shure - does MSP-FET430UIF apropriate for programming of above MC?

You do not have to remove C9 for the EVM to work with the MSP430FR59471 but should be removed if you plan on using P4.4, and the MSP-FET430UIF is included with supported devices (Table 1 of SLAU647): www.ti.com/.../slau647f.pdf
