The only mention I can find of input leakage current for the MSP430FR5959 is in Table 5-11 for the digital inputs. Do you have a value for other leakage currents?
How are these measured? By design? What are the statistics of these (i.e. is this 3 sigma? 1 sigma?) Are these a function of temperature, process, voltage, or something else?
