I tried to download the DLMS/COSEM MSP430 library, but the link is not working:

How can I find the correct link? Is it possible?

We are no longer supporting the old DLMS library as we are revamping it for newer requirements. We will support the newer library to the customers depending upon the opportunity/project. Pls leave your mail id so that I can keep you updated on the developments and get opportunity/project details from you.
