Hi,
the smallest MSP430 with USB is the new MSP430F5510 which will be available in a 48 Pin QFN package. But currently you can only sample the 64 Pin QFN.

first of all thanks for the reply. In one of the presentations in the last online seminar (I think it was one about the new G line) somebody mention a future line called "TINY" usb. Any idea on what that could mean?

the so called TinyUSB is the MSP430F5510-MSP430F5500 I showed you already. It has nothing to do with the G-line. In terms of memory the smallest USB device is the MSP430F5500.
