I want to reset my MCU in the run time by programming, so can anyone suggest what should I write into the program

Do you want a BOR, a POR, or a PUC? There are software mechanisms for each of them (see section 1.2 of the User's Guide).

I want to reset my device if any error comes from external HW, so plz suggest which I should prefer.
and what should be the line of program or register need to be configure ?

That depends on what kind of reset you want.

Anyway, to do a POR, set the PMMSWPOR bit:

PMMCTL0 = PMMCTL0_L | PMMPW | PMMSWPOR;
