MSP430F2274: Does TI have any reference design for battery charging?

I need reference design/code for NiMH battery charger (as attached pdf file).

Does it have to be microcontroller based? There are nice example circuits in the datasheets of the bq devices as well.

Did you try searching for "battery charger" with the MSP430 product selected on the TI Designs search page? www.ti.com/.../refdesignsearchresults.tsp

This results in a few designs that use both a MSP430 and BQ device. You will also have more success making this request on the Battery Management - Chargers Forum as they will have designed such a system as compared to the MSP430 team.

TIDesign doesn't have any reference design for NiMH battery charger using MSP430.
I have even google the keyword "NiMH+msp430" and found only one app note, SLAA287. This app note does not include software code.
