BSL progam has bug.

    Please explain your issue in detail. In order to program via BSL on the MSP430F249 you must connect VCC, GND, P1.1/TXD, and P2.2/RXD to your host device which communicates over UART. Please refer to the BSL User's Guide (SLAU319) and MSPBSL resources.
