Do I need to enable RX interrupts (UCRXIE) to get the RX Intr Flag (UCRXIFG) to work? The documentation says the flag will be set when a char is received tot he RX Buffer (UCAxRXBUF). See 24.3.15.2 UART Receive Interrupt Operation on p.587 of the 58xx/59xx Family User Guide.
