Hi,

In my project, there is a requirement in POST (Power On Self Test) is:

1) RAM self test

2) Program CRC check

So can anyone suggest me what I need to do, means what I need to write in my program?

Hi PK,
Check out this appnote and software package. While it doesn't directly deal with FR59xx (it uses FR57xx), it should give you a good idea of what you need to do for both as it contains RAM test and CRC routines, which should be fairly straightforward to port to your device.
