MSP432P401R: Serial port is not working

Hi.

A few weeks ago I bought about 10 of this product, but 2 of them have issues. Apparently, the serial port is not working because when I try to receive and send data to an external application through IAR, it seems that that data is not sent. According to my teacher, the issue is on the serial port. What can I do?

Can you expand on the issue you are seeing? What errors are you getting? What launchpad are you using, the red or the black launchpad?
