MSP430FR2033: Can MSP430FR5969 Launchpad Debugger program to external MSP430FR2033 ?

We are using MSP430FR5969 Launchpad to program our spesific design board which using MSP430FR2033. But there is an error like "Unknown device", "Internal Error" . What is the problem ? Can MSP430FR5969 Launchpad Debugger program to external MSP430FR2033 ?

    The MSP-EXP430FR5969 has an eZ-FET on-board, and Table 1 of the MSP Debuggers User's Guide (SLAU647) shows that this emulation tool supports all MSP430 variants including the MSP430FR2033: www.ti.com/.../slau647h.pdf

    Please make sure that all jumpers of the J13 row are removed from the MSP-EXP430FR5969 and that the V+, GND, RST, and TST lines from the eZ-FET are sky-wired to your MSP430FR2033 target with the necessary 47 kOhm pullup and 1 nF pulldown on the RST line.
