CCS/MSP430FR6989: Error connecting to the target: Unknown device

We are from POLITEHNICA University Timisoara, Romania, we have an MSP430FR6989. When I try to upload the sketch I get an error: Error connecting to the target: Unknown device and the LED 101 lights in red. When I try to upload it again I get a different error regarding the firmware required. I continue to update firmware, the LED 102 turn green, the board tries to do something and, after a while the LED 101 turns red again and the board ask me again for an firmware update. A couple of times I get a different error regarding the VCC. Attached are the two errors. Many thanks for your support.
