MSP430F6749A: Elliptic curve Diffie–Hellman

TI has not released any ECDH libraries for the MSP430 devices. Based on a Google search there appear to be several research papers that you could reference on the topic:

Such solutions are not associated with or supported by TI and will have to be used/modified as provided, possibly with the publisher's consent. The MSP430F674x family does have an integrated hardware aes-128 module for encryption.
