MSP430F167: Conformal coating peeling.

Why does conformal coating peel from this part? Conformal coating is adhering to remainder of parts of this PCA but not the MSP430F167IPM.

Are molds sprayed with silicone when cover is molded?

What is the surface energy of the part?

Can you post a picture of this? I haven't heard of this happening before. What temperatures are they being exposed to?

This is as seen under black light after tape test performed.

Temperature exposure is 68 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit.
