How VCC variation influence the Internal REF module

Hi Champs,

Would you kindly suggest how VCC variation influence the Internal REF module? For example, if Vcc changed from 3.3V to 3.6V, what's the variation of REF?

This might be specified in the datasheet of whatever device you're using, e.g.:

Hi Young,

There shouldn't be any specific influence for the Vref by VCC variation.

You can find the Vref+ value on datasheet which was tested over recommended ranges of supply voltage.
