HI,

I tried to use the USB2ANY using the ALP software but was encountered with below error :

The version of the ALP firmware used is 1.56. May I know what is the action required to resolve the issue?

Can you advise which TI device you want to use with ALP?

I need this info in order to find the right AE to respond.

Hi Chin,

I'm using this with the USB2ANY and DS90UB913A-CXEVM.

Anyway, I managed resolved the issue by upgrading the firmware of the USB2ANY box using the following link.
