Hi

What's the integrated temperature accuracy? It's not mentioned on datasheet.

Can it meet ±2℃? How about it's consistency performance in mass production?

    Hi Daniel,

    If you mean the integrated temperature sensor, the accuracy is defined in the User guide, page 83. The TLV values are written at 30 and 85C with an accuracy of +/-3C. This is the worst case which you achieve using the calibration (TLV) data.
    However, you can calibrate your device (2 point calibration) to achieve better accuracy.
