MSP430FR6989: ESI use low sample rate will make the MCU die

Hello，

When using MSP430FR6989 ESI function, I found a few devices will be crashed.At this point, low reset feet microcontroller will not reset manually.I used three inductance to implement non-magnetic count, TSM and PSM refer to official routines, at ordinary times is in LPM3 mode.When increase the sampling frequency of ESI, from the original 100 hz to 420 hz, does not appear to crash.Why is this so?

What do you mean by "crashed"?

Do you have code you can share so we can reproduce this?

Are you using custom hardware, or an EVM/Launchpad?

One thing you could try, is running the software available at www.ti.com/.../TIDM-INDUCTIVEPROX, and playing with the TIDM_InductiveProx.h (see line 57) to slow down the sample frequency and see if you get the same error.
