MSP430F2274: Some data in information memory segment D of a brand new MSP430F22X4

Hi,

The data you marked is in Segment A.
Segment A contains calibration data. After reset, segment A is protected against programming and erasing. It
can be unlocked, but care should be taken not to erase this segment if the device-specific calibration data is
required.

Thanks for your reply. But if which i mention is Segment A, then why DCO Calibration Data in 0x10f8~0x10ff belong to Segment A?

No. Marked data are in Segment D.

Seg D 1000-103F
Seg C 1040-107F
Seg B 1080-10BF
Seg A 10C0-10FF

Sorry for the mistake I remember wrong. The data you marked is in Segment D.
The data in info memory Segment D might be caused by silicon factory test.
