Hi Expert,

I am using the MSP430FR5972 controller for my project so I need to do self test for ADC. So is there any algorithm for this or s there any code snippet available to this test.

Please further explain what you mean by a "self test". TI provides several C code examples for the ADC: www.ti.com/.../slac686

Hi Ryan,

I am using ADC for battery voltage so before doing that my requirement is to check ADC.In self test ,micro controller need's to self test RAM, CRC, and ADC check.

So any algorithm is there to check ADC?

Hello Himanshu,

ADC12 calibration values are stored in the Device Descriptor Table (TLV), please refer to Table 6-35 of the Datasheet. Equations for applying these calibrations to your ADC measurements are discussed in Section 1.14.3 of the User's Guide.
