Hi,

To run TI-RTOS is internal flash is enough or do we need to provide external RAM or Flash?

    Hello Satish,

    TI-RTOS for MSP430 size is dependent on your project and which features are enabled. However, several example TI-RTOS projects exist for various MSP430s such as the MSP430F5529 that only have 128kB of non-volatile memory. The MSP430F6459 has plenty of memory to handle this. Please see the TI-RTOS for MSP43x Getting Started Guide for more information.
