TINA-TI library file compatible with TINA software

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430FR2033, TINA-TI

Hello everyone,

I have to simulate and  design a  ckt in TINA software using MSP430FR2033 controller but spice model and pin diagram  of MSP430FR2033 controller is  not available in TINA software.so any one tell me TINA-TI library files are compatible  with TINA software?

  • Hello,

No MSP430 or any other TI MCU or DSP is available to be used in TINA as there are no SPICE models for them . If you are trying to model the affects of say the ADC on an attached circuit, we do offer an effective load schematic within the User Guide for the ADC. The values associated with the schematic can be found within the Datasheet.

In practice, the above is usually not necessary to model. After finding the effective impedance of your attached circuit to the ADC, we provide an equation within the User Guide that uses that information to adjust sample and hold times of the ADC so you can properly sample your signal. Please see teh ADC section of the MSP430FR2033 for more details.
