MSP432P401R: MSP432 RESET issue

Hi,

We are using the MSP432P401R controller in one of the Project it is went to EMI / EMC test, after this test we are observed the controller is Not functioning, and found Voltage on the Reset

pin is LOW, i tried to give the Reset by Applying the 3V on the Reset Pin, it is working some time and after that it going to the No functional state (i.e RESET pin is LOW) please suggest in which conditions the RESET pin Goes into LOW.

Does power cycle resolve it from the latch up state?

Are you willing to share your schematic?

What is the pull up resistor do you have on the reset pin? It may be too big.

How far away from the device is it? It needs to be pretty close to the pin.

Please review the schematic for the LaunchPad (www.ti.com/.../slau597) to see if you see any big variations.
