Help me to select suitable microcontroller

Me and my company now developing new product that will be based on SIM eUICC Microcontroller, or good alternative. 
I'm looking for your help in finding suitable IC hardware and development tools.

Could you suggest the controller (or controller family) which is compatible or close to our target requirements:

eUICC

  • 32-bit

  • a set of hardware crypto-coprocessors capable of support of cryptographic functions

  • SHA-1

  • TUAK

  • Milenage

  • Tamper-resistant including side-channel attacks

  • Memory

  • NVM min 256kB

  • RAM min 8kB

  • Interfaces

  • ISO 7816

  • Nice to have

  • SWP

  • I2C

  • SPI

  • Raw GIPO

We also need a set of development tools to help us building and maintaining our product, at least:

Development tools for eUICC

  • Evaluation board / Development kit

  • Programmator / JTAG on-chip debugger

  • Toolchain

  • Compiler

  • Linker

  • Debugger

  • Simulator

  • Datasheets and Application Notes
