dear all,
we are using the LM3S6965 ethernet eval board kit, for serial to ethernet communication. so accordingly if i open two hyperterminals, n if i type in one of the hyperterminal it should be displayed on the other hyperterminal.but i am not able to do so. i have done the following settings
1) when i connect the kit to pc, i have manually changed the ip address to 169.254.19.60
2) i have run the finder.exe n got the ip address of the kit as 169.154.81.2 and MAC address as 00:1a:b6:00:02:50
3) i opened one hyperterminal,have set its baud rate to 115200, data bits to 8, parity to none, and stop bits to 1.
4) i opened another hyperterminal, selected it as TCP(winsock), and its host address as the IP address wich v got from running the finder.
now actually the communication should take place, but i think i am goin wrong somewhre in the settings....can anyone please help out??
