MSP432P401M: About Current Consumption in MSP432P4?

Part Number: MSP432P401M

MSP432P4 only enable 32Khz, the current consumption is 0.9uA.
But when enable Timer A and source by 32KHz, the current consumption raise to 730uA, I think this is not normal, but can not find the reason? Would you please give me hand?

Hello,

Which LPM mode are you trying to enter?? LPM3??

One of the conditions to enter to LPM3, is that the PCM checks the current clock settings to determine if there are any outstanding clock
requests for clocks not supported during LPM3 mode, in your case Timer A will be preventing the device to enter LPM3.

BTW, only the RTC and the WDT are available on LPM3.
