MSP430-FLASHER need debug tool to do the programming, but customer want to use GPIO to emulated the SBW signal in Linux, could you pls help on that?

The JTAG/SBW signals are described in SLAU320.

There is no documentation on how to program GPIOs to handle these protocols this in Linux.

The MSP Debug Stack (MSPDS) contains source code for the Linux library that accesses the FET, and the source code of the FET itself (which runs on the emulator's MSP CPU). That might be somewhat helpful, but most of the protocol handling would have to be reimplemented.
