for the Digital I/O block of MSP430FR2000 what is the minimum VCC requirement – is it 1.8V or 2.0V ?

    Hello Rahul,

    For all of our FRAM based devices, a minimum startup voltage close to 2V. For the the MSP430FR2000, startup voltage is 1.71V MIN - 1.88V Typical - 1.99V MAX (Datasheet: Table 5-1. PMM, SVS and BOR). After startup, you can lower the voltage down to the SVS power-down level given in Table 5-1 of the datasheet. For MSP430FR2000 this is 1.71V MIN - 1.81V Typical -- 1.86V MAX.
