MSP430FR6972: need to confirm whether abnormal power on VCC will affect device

My customer used FR6972 in their product, and they tested that their MCU power supply is something problem, they need to confirm whether this is ok or not.

Please check the waveform below:

0~1.9V: 130us

1.9V: 1ms.

    The voltage ramp delay and small drop at this particular voltage is concerning as it lies close to the SVSH power-down/up levels, please see Table 5-2 of the Datasheet for more information. Looking at Sections 2.2.2 & 2.2.3 of the User's Guide, I am concerned that the BOR could toggle unintentionally on some devices and remain in a reset state even after the supply reaches an acceptable VCC. The customer should make changes to their hardware such as to remove this voltage ramp delay.

    besides what Ryan already mentioned I want to highlight the notes in the BOR specificatio below. It's important that you do not have too fast power up and down scenarios. Also at the constant 3.0V level to ensure no BOR is executed accidently.




    Besides this the SW running on the part has to ensure nothign is executed which might violate the spec. For example higher port loading at lower voltages,....
