MSP430F2013: MSP430F2013 ADC drift

Hi Support,

my customer is observing differences in performance of the SD16 ADC from one micro to another.
I have a full test report from customer and test code in case of need.

The settings of the SD16 are 256 over sampling, f_SD is 1MHz with x16 PGA and using internal Vref. Vcc is 3.3V

Are there known reasons why SD16 can have such drifts with temperature?

    As you can see form the datasheet, the SD16 does have a temperature drift associated with it. It has a gain drift as well as an offset error temp coefficient that is more pronounced the higher the gain. It is recommended to calibrate the SD16 at temperatures of interest for most applications.
