Hi Masashi,

Please look at the following relevant E2E posts:

All functional differences between revisions are documented in the errata document. In this case the revision letter change may come from a FAB change of this particular part. In other words, the only difference between Rev F and Rev H could be that they were made in different places. Both revisions will meet the specifications from the datasheet, but as always there is some process variation from FAB to FAB, lot to lot, and chip to chip.

     Is it the same?
② Are the design data of Rev. H and Rev. F the same?
     If the design data is different, which module
     Is it different?
④ Can you purchase Rev.H?

Hi Masa,

1. It is the same
2. No differences in design.
3. There is no process existing in ordering only dedicated device revisions. But since they are both the same, there is no need.

1,Does revision G continue production?

2,Will notification be issued when the revision becomes EOL?

My customers can only use revision F or revision H.

Hi Masa,

Rev G is no longer in production. The lettering is confusing since they started around the same time but F is a newer design than G and has been around since 2012/2013. If ordered today then customers will only receive revs F/H, TI has no interest in continuing to produce a revision with more errata.
