I need ID and additional register that could be used as serial ID.

There no such table in datasheet or manual I read.

F261x devices are identified by the value 0xF26F at address 0x0FF0.

There is no serial number. You have to write your own into the flash.

An another option would be to use the F5xx-6xx-FRxx device family.

Here you have the waferID and XY position stored in the memory.

This could be used as an ID.
