how many sps about the 24-Bit Sigma-Delta ADC of MSP430AFE221? i didn't find out in this part number datasheet.

Hello Damien,

I've explained how to calculate the sampling frequency for a Sigma-Delta ADC in the following thread.

Basically, the sampling frequency is calculated by dividing the modulation frequency by the oversampling rate (OSR). The ranges for these two parameters vary per device, so please refer to the datasheet and user's guide for the MSP430AFE221.

F(s) = F(m) / OSR
