MSP430G2553: How to program on breadboard

Part Number: MSP430G2553

HI,

I am using the launchpad to program most of my MSP430G2553 and using it there only for applications. However when I take the MSP430 out of the launchpad it doesnt seem to work. Could you please help me and let me know where is my mistake.

I even tried the 4 SBW approach for connecting and programming it on the breadboard but it just gives me an error 'Could not find target'.

Please let me know from your experience
