MSP430F5249: TA1CTL/TAIE bit is still set after PUC

Hi everybody ,

please  I am using watchdog  and generating a PUC .

after PUC  I m using TA1CTL/TAIE bit and I can see it is still set  ( no reset by PUC ) :   is this due  to the fact that ONLY  POR  reset it ?

I am referring to Glossary on page 53 ( -->   (0),-(1) Condition after POR   ) .
